The Process: In Four Easy Steps

STEP 1:
Patient Check-In
When patients arrive for their appointment, they are provided with a tablet for their mental health screening
- In-office screening
- Text-to-phone option delivery
STEP 2:
Completing the Screening
Patients input their name and proceed with the screening, which typically takes 5-7 minutes. For those with more triggers, it could take 10-12 minutes. After completing the screening, patients hit submit and return the tablet to the front desk.
STEP 3:
Report Generation
Once the patient submits their responses, our program calculates the results and generates a comprehensive report. This report is sent directly to the healthcare provider’s EMR/EHR inbox.
STEP 4:
Provider Review and Discussion
The healthcare provider reviews the report and engages in a discussion with the patient, using the screening outcomes to guide the conversation.
